Zero tolerance to violent patients
As recommended by the Dept of Health, Cape Cornwall Surgery has a zero tolerance policy towards any patient who is violent either physically or verbally to its Doctors and Staff. The patient will immediately be removed from the practice list. The Primary Care Trust will re-register the patient with a GP located near Bodmin.
